    About the Role:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Analyst (QA) with strong expertise in manual testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding requirements, designing comprehensive test cases, executing test cycles, and ensuring delivery of high-quality software. Experience with automation testing is a plus but not mandatory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze business and functional requirements to create detailed and comprehensive test cases.
    • Perform manual testing across various types, including functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, and UI/UX testing.
    • Log, track, and manage bugs using tools such as Mantis, JIRA, or Trello.
    • Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
    • Execute cross-browser, cross-platform testing on web/mobile applications.
    • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • 2 to 3 years of solid experience in manual testing.

    • Strong background with Manual testing, Web and client server application testing, Black box testing, STLC concepts, Bug Life Cycle, Regression Testing, Mobile App Testing, Websites (PHP/CMS) Testing, Web Responsive Concepts, Performance/Load Testing, API Testing (Postman).
    • Proven experience in QA methodologies.

    • Should have very good communication skills.
    • Performance Testing Tools: JMeter or any equivalent.
    • Team Player, ability to multi-task, work independently, and provide excellent follow-through on tasks, and Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

    Good to Have (Optional):

    • Exposure to automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress.
